Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
Please make sure your phone number is active and your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Tracking Your Order

Failed Delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
