Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is approximately:

Major cities: 2–5 working days
Other areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to receive the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
